Custom Development Services
Milestone-Based Refund Policy
For custom software development projects:
- Initial Deposit: A 30% initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers project planning, resource allocation, and initial development work
- Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable
- Incomplete Milestones: If a project is cancelled before a milestone is completed, you will only be charged for work completed up to that point
- Scope Changes: Changes to project scope may affect refund eligibility and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all custom development work will:
- Meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement

Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within the first 30 days for a full refund
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
